Membership categories reflect different forms of participation and contribution. They do not establish a hierarchy of personal worth within BCR.
Voting rights within BCR are determined by the Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws and applicable organizational rules. Membership category alone does not create voting rights unless expressly provided for under the governing documents.
