The foundations of a renewed relationship.

BCR is developing a White Paper exploring the historical, institutional and strategic foundations of a renewed Belgium–Congo relationship. The publication is currently under development.

What the coalition publishes.

Five planned kinds of publication, from the short brief to the peer-reviewed article. Authors keep control of their conclusions; the coalition funds the work, it does not vet it.
